Cab booking questions

How do I confirm a booking?

We send the fare on WhatsApp. Pay a small advance by UPI to confirm, and pay the balance to the driver or by UPI at the end of the trip.

Are toll and parking included?

No. Toll and parking are extra, and state tax is extra wherever applicable. We list them on your quote so there are no surprises.

Can I book a cab for a late-night train or flight?

Yes. Book during office hours (9 AM – 9 PM) and the driver will be there at your train or flight time.

What is your cancellation policy?

All bookings are non-refundable. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy before you confirm.

Do you provide one-way taxi from Varanasi?

Yes. One-way cabs are available to most nearby cities, including Prayagraj, Ayodhya, Bodh Gaya, Lucknow and Gorakhpur.

Are all vehicles air-conditioned?

Yes. All our cars, SUVs and Tempo Travellers are AC. Non-AC buses are also available for large groups on request.
